The Worst Blogger Award Goes To...........

Hello my friends and family! WOW so i am the winner for the worst blogger award!! This past year has been so exciting for us, and i have been so incredibly busy that i have not even touched the computer! As most of you know we started building our Last home! I say last home because even though this is our first home ever building it will be our last! This truly is the home of my dreams and i owe it all to the Lord this is the house that he built because with out him we would not have been able to make this dream come true! Josh and I put allot of hard work and many hrs into this house so this makes it that much more worth it all! I also have to thank all my wonderful family and friends who came and spent many hrs and time helping us work, move, or even watch the twins for me! We did all of our own flooring and painting including ceilings! When i say flooring we put down 2100 sqft of hardwood floors and josh tiled the babies bathroom floor! I had allot of help doing the floors and i am so grateful for all the help! Josh and i also tiled our shower and i made our bathroom sink vanities! We bought a old claw foot tub and completely redid it! I am very proud of Josh and myself, for have never done this stuff before we did a pretty darn good job! We started building the house in May of 2011 and we moved in on Dec 6th 2011! Besides the day i was married and the day i had my two beautiful babies, move in day was a great day! Although we had a few crazy things happen lol it was wonderful! Of course me being the Christmas fanatic the first thing that i did was put my Christmas decorations up and my trees decorated! My mom said i am probably the only person she knows who moves in to a new house and gets my Christmas trees up before i get pots and pans moved in! As far as Asher and Adlee i really thought this would be a big adjustment to them because they were born and brought home to the old house so thats all they knew, but the day we moved in they said "sianara" to the old house without looking back lol! When josh and i go to the old house to grab a few more stuff to bring over they get upset and say "mommy please don't go here we wanna stay at new house!" well i guess their minds are made up! Really though they have done fantastic with the new rooms! We separated them for the first time when we moved they each have their own room and they have really done amazing. They sleep in their rooms and are very excited to show them off to everyone that comes by. Im so proud of how they are doing but sad at how old they are getting! Speaking of that they will be 3 years old in TWO weeks ahhhh where does the time go! Again i would love to thank everyone for all your help and support with the house it means so much to Josh and I to know that we have some amazing friends and family!!
