While i have been away, we have had a few crazy moments, but one scary one! Asher started having puss in his ear when i first saw it i thought his ear drum had busted, we took him straight to the dr where they couldn't even tell what was going on bc the ear was so impacted with puss like snotty goop!! They gave him a antibiotic and said if it did not look better by Friday then to start the sec. antibiotic that they had given me. Well Friday came around and it just look horrible, his ear was starting to turn black, i then decided no more waiting around its time for the ER, when the dr came in he took 30 sec. to say the worst i have ever seen, he needs to be admitted, and so we were! We were there Friday through Monday and he was still not completely better but the ear looked so much better, they did however find out that it was not a busted ear drum but a outer ear infection that had got so bad it had bacteria in it called staph!! Today is a week since we were at the hospital, and we went back to the dr for a check up today, it seems that the antibiotics were not helping the infection in the inside but mainly just clearing up the sores and staph on the outside of the ear, so again we are trying a 4th antibiotic to see if we can finally get this nasty infection gone!
