Oh suga suga!

So finally we took off for a weekend! IT was so nice to get away, what was even better was the trip was in fact a ski trip!! I can not tell you how much i love to ski. We stayed in a house on the top of sugar mountain ski resort, the slopes were on the other side of the resort so every time we drove down the mountain we saw such a beautiful sight! The view from our house was breath taking, you see for miles, and everything was covered in snow. The day we got there it was like a full blown blizzard. You could not see two feet in front of your face! It was absolutely the most beautiful moment getting out of the car and taking that first breath of fresh snowy mountain air! The next day we all headed to the slopes! There is nothing like going down a slope to make all your cares and troubles fade away! Some might see this as a little scary, and it is, but then that makes it even more fun, because why do something if it doesn't have a little bit of thrill! The babies had a great time as well, they loved the snow, and Asher kept calling it the "pole" the north pole. He would repeatedly say "pole mommy, ki-cause at the pole" in adult terms that means Santa clause lives at the north pole....."yes Asher he does" Asher " dis pole mommy" in adult terms this is the north pole mommy, "no Asher this not the North Pole just allot of snow" after about 30 mins of trying to explain to a almost 2 yr old i finally said YES its the pole Asher! lol oh the joys of being a mommy!! Adlee on the other hand has developed a southern charm, she speaks as if she is a sweet Georgia peach! My favorite word for her to say is "Asha" i tell you she sounds like a southern slice of GA! and our Asher is part Italian i believe. My favorite part of his language is " Oh GOSHA MOMMY OH GOSHA" and "i wanna cookies mommy" and then there is " No'a Adie Wile" (No Adlee Ryle) oh they are just too much! But we all had a fantastic time and i can not wait to go back! I do have some pictures but have not had time to get them posted on here so maybe that will happen soon!
